Nelson Gonzalez is Director of Habilitation and Rehabilitation at Therapies 4 Kids and T4K Adults. For over 15 years Nelson has been a crucial team member in diverse healthcare teams for inpatient, outpatient, hospital and homecare therapy settings. As a licensed Occupational Therapist, he implements treatment plans, programs, and eminent therapeutic services to individuals with diverse physical and psychosocial dysfunctions. Nelson studied Occupational Therapy at Kean University and has been a guest speaker at numerous conferences and healthcare symposiums. Nelson oversees a staff of nearly 50 occupational, physical and speech therapy practitioners at Therapies 4 Kids' five South Florida locations. In his spare time Nelson coaches basketball and spends time with his family.
Anna Binder, M.D. is a board-certified psychiatrist who also serves as a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). Her goal is to optimize the overall health of her patients. Dr. Anna has special expertise in treating individuals who have medical illnesses and are in need of medication support as a component of their care. She works with individuals, couples, and families to address their relationship or career issues. Dr. Binder also understands that everyone’s case is different and not everyone requires medication but when it is needed, she works hard to ensure that her plan for clients are effective and necessary.
Jonathan McCoy is Assistant Director of Habilitation and Rehabilitation at Therapies 4 Kids and T4K Adults. Since graduating Keiser University as an OTA, Jonathan has provided services to individuals affected by developmental, physical, emotional, and social disabilities to help them achieve maximum independence. His passion to become an OTA began when his younger brother Lucas was born with Cerebral Palsy. Jonathan spent hours at therapy and observed, which enabled him to continue providing therapy in the evenings and weekends with Lucas. In his free time Jonathan is a musician who loves to watch sports and spend time with his family and friends.
Our lead Physical Therapist has been practicing for the past 16 years. He became interested in Physical Therapy after his grandfather had an ACL replacement in 1990. He enjoys outpatient physical therapy because it is rewarding for him to help his patients recover from an injury and pursue their desired sports and hobbies again. He earned a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Evansville in Indiana and continued his education with Manual Therapy and Imaging classes at the University of St. Augustine located in Florida. He worked in Outpatient Orthopedics at DRS Medical before joining T4K Adults in 2016, bringing his expertise and compassion to the welfare of our patients.
